Chris Chandler has worked in juvenile and adult corrections since 2006. He currently works as a Probation and Parole Services Manager and earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Portland State University. Chris is passionate about coaching and mentorship, and he’s always been curious about why we do the things we do.
Marcus Ford enjoyed a 10 year career trying to make an impact on people’s lives as a corrections professional and recently shifted his career focus to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. He has a desire to influence change in our field and values relationship and community building.
